Dr. Carrie Leff

Practice & Membership

This practice is built around a simple belief: women in midlife deserve thoughtful, integrated medical care.

The women I care for are rarely dealing with just one thing. Menopause symptoms, sleep disruption, mood changes, sexual health concerns, and long-term risk often arrive together, woven into lives that are already full. You deserve a physician with the time and expertise to look beyond individual symptoms and understand what’s driving them. I treat your physical, emotional, and hormonal health as deeply connected, because they always are.

If you need specialty care, I’ll help coordinate that referral thoughtfully and stay involved so your care remains connected and well guided.

My practice was designed to make this kind of care possible. Appointments run on time, visits are never rushed, and your care is supported with intention and continuity from diagnosis through follow-up.

I’m a board-certified internist, which means I’m trained to manage the full picture of female health. I provide comprehensive primary care with particular depth in midlife, menopause, and sexual health. Most women in midlife don’t need separate doctors for routine gynecology and primary care. The advantage of this approach is integration. Your hormonal health, cardiovascular risk, bone health, mental health, wellness, and prevention strategy are addressed together.

If you ever need a specialist or a procedure outside the scope of primary care, I’ll connect you with the right physician and remain closely involved. I take my role seriously as the physician who understands your health story, helps you navigate decisions, and ensures nothing important gets overlooked.

My goal is to be a steady advocate for my patients, someone who stays engaged and helps guide their care as their health evolves.

This is a membership-based practice. You pay an annual fee for comprehensive, continuous care instead of being billed per visit through insurance.

Membership includes your intake and annual exam, up to 12 additional visits per year (in-person or virtual), sick and urgent visits, menopause and hormone management, sexual health care, chronic disease management, breast cancer risk assessment, and ongoing care coordination. After-hours virtual urgent care is also available.

Lab tests, imaging, hospital services, and certain specialized screenings are not included and may be billed separately through insurance.

This model allows for timely appointments, direct access, and thoughtful follow-up without rushed visits or unnecessary handoffs.

A full list of services covered under the membership fee is available by contacting membership@drcarrieleff.com.
